Makeup artist in Ureki
Ureki is in Guria, roughly 290 km and four and a half hours from Tbilisi. It is known for its black magnetic sand, and that sand adds one practical detail to a coastal wedding that exists on no other beach in Georgia.

Black sand changes the photograph
Ureki's sand is black and very fine. In a photograph it makes a dark background, which renders fair skin lighter than an ordinary beach would.
So the tone is warmed slightly here — otherwise the face reads pale against the dark ground. That correction belongs to Ureki and is not needed elsewhere.
Fine sand gets into everything
The magnetic sand is fine enough to lift into the air on the wind and settle on everything — clothing, bags, open products.
So preparation in Ureki happens indoors rather than on the beach. It is a practical condition we agree in advance.
Humidity and wind
As along the whole Black Sea coast, summer humidity is high, and constant sea wind comes on top of it.
The base is built to hold under humidity, glossy lip products are avoided because of the wind, and setting is done in two stages.
The wind has one further consequence: it presses damp air against the skin continuously. That is why setting is repeated before the ceremony rather than done once during preparation — one layer is not enough here.
290 km and the night before
Four and a half hours of driving makes arriving the previous day necessary for any morning ceremony.
The overnight stay is quoted inside the travel cost and stated before you commit; nothing is added afterwards.
Price and booking
Makeup starts at 150 GEL, with travel and the overnight stay quoted separately.
Send the date, the ceremony time, the hotel and the number of people — you will get one total and a schedule.
