Can the price change?

Booking terms

Booking happens in writing, and a date counts as booked once both sides have agreed on all four of the date, the place, the price and the time. Until then it stays open to other enquiries, and we will tell you if someone else asks about it.

How a booking is made

You send the date, location, occasion and number of people. We reply with three things: whether the date is free, the exact price including travel, and a proposed time.

The booking is confirmed once both sides have agreed to all four in writing. A verbal agreement, or "we will confirm the details later", does not count as a booking.

Price and travel

Makeup starts at 150 GEL. The final figure depends on the occasion, the location and the number of people.

Outside Tbilisi travel is calculated separately by distance and settled before booking. The agreed figure does not grow afterwards — including in the case where the journey itself took longer than expected.

Cancellation and moving a date

If plans change, write as early as you can. The earlier you know, the more realistic it is either to offer the date to someone else or to find you another one.

The specific cancellation and deposit terms are agreed individually at booking and recorded in writing. That applies particularly to wedding dates and travel bookings, where a date takes a whole day.

Lateness and the schedule

At booking we agree a start time, counted backwards from the hour of your event. That schedule is sent in writing.

If the delay comes from the client's side, the scope of the work may be reduced so that the event hour is protected. We say so at the time rather than doing it quietly.

What we do and do not do

We do makeup and, depending on the date, hair. We do not do permanent or contour makeup, lash extensions or cosmetology procedures.

If there is an open wound, active irritation or an allergic reaction on the skin, we say so directly and suggest postponing or changing the approach. Makeup over that is a risk rather than a service.
