Booking is done directly — write or call, and we confirm the date, the location and the price. For bridal makeup, get in touch one to two months ahead. We reply in Georgian, English or Russian.

What to tell us
So you get a complete answer in one reply, include: the date and approximate time, the city and address, what kind of makeup you need, and how many people.
If it is a wedding, add the ceremony time — the makeup schedule is built backwards from it.

What happens after you write
Our reply contains three things: whether the date is free, the exact price including travel, and a proposed time. All three arrive in one message so you are not chasing details across five replies.
If the date is taken, we suggest the nearest alternative. If the logistics are complex — a wedding in another city, or several people in one morning — we may ask a follow-up question so the schedule is realistic rather than optimistic.
A booking counts as confirmed once both sides have agreed on the date, the location, the price and the time.
When we work
For weddings we start early — before sunrise if the ceremony requires it. Working hours are agreed per booking rather than fixed.

- How does booking work?
- Write to us with the date, location and type of makeup. We confirm whether the date is free, quote the exact price including travel, and then hold the booking.
- Can I cancel a booking?
- Yes, though the earlier you tell us the better — particularly for wedding dates, which are blocked from other clients. Cancellation terms are covered when you book.
- Can I book for the same day?
- Sometimes, if there is a gap in the schedule, but it is not something to rely on. Weekends and the wedding season fill up well in advance.
- How do I find out about courses?
- Ask through the same channels and we will send the programme, duration and price. Dedicated course pages are coming soon.
