Makeup artist in Shekvetili
Shekvetili is on the Black Sea coast in Guria, roughly 300 km and four and a half hours from Tbilisi. The technical challenge here is single and well known: summer humidity on this coast frequently exceeds 80 percent.

Eighty percent humidity
Summer humidity on the Black Sea coast is higher than anywhere else in Georgia. It is the condition under which ordinary base breaks down within a few hours.
So in Shekvetili the base is built to hold under humidity, powder is used minimally, and setting is done in two stages — during preparation and again before the ceremony. That choice belongs to this coast specifically.
Light is the second factor. Midday sun by the sea is direct and strong, and the water reflects it, so the face is lit from both sides. Shadows therefore go on more softly than they would at an indoor venue.
Sea wind and the venue
Wind on the coast is close to constant. Glossy lip products are out: hair sticks to them and every frame needs fixing.
Shekvetili is also a major events destination, and weddings usually happen inside the resort grounds. That helps — preparation and ceremony are in one place with no travel between them.
300 km means an overnight stay
Four and a half hours of driving makes same-day travel to a morning ceremony unrealistic. For Shekvetili we always arrive the day before.
The overnight stay is quoted inside the travel cost and stated before you commit. For a group, that single cost is spread across everyone who needs makeup.
June to September
The coastal wedding season runs June to September, and August Saturdays are taken first.
For summer, write as soon as the venue is confirmed — the distance means we plan the day well in advance too.
Price and booking
Makeup starts at 150 GEL. Travel and the overnight stay are quoted separately and agreed in advance.
